YOUR PRIVATE GETAWAY IN SAN MIGUEL de ALLENDE
San Miguel de Allende is a walking city; you will see many interesting shops as you explore this heritage site. In quiet San Antonio (a Colonia in San Miguel de Allende) you will find wonderful neighbors, small restaurants and tiendas as well as a totally remodeled three bedroom home with 2 1/2 baths. On the main floor, there is the living room, dining area, fireplace, 1/2 bath, kitchen and private outdoor patio. The second floor has a TV lounge, office area and master bedroom with a beautiful bathroom and huge shower. The third floor has a bathroom as well as two bedrooms and private balcony with access to the roof top terrace. The roof top terrace has two pergolas, a gas fire pit, refrigerator and a 360 degree view of San Miguel de Allende. We live in Manzanillo and planned to use this home as a summer retreat so it reflects our home in ZLO. We found that living in Manzanillo full time is perfect for us so San Miguel has become a place to visit a few times a year and we use it as a rental property which has enabled us to meet wonderful and interesting guests.
